Apple Crisp
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
To a buttered casserole dish, add the apples, maple syrup and cinnamon and toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, combine butter, flour and brown sugar and work until flour is absorbed. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

6 large baking apples - Granny Smith, Honey Crisp or Cortland (cored, peeled and sliced)
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 cup butter at room temperature
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
