Preparation
A few hours before serving, mix 1/2 cup olive oil & 1 clove of garlic in a small bowl and refrigerate (makes such a difference - trust us!)
Dice the French Baguette into small chunks for the croutons, about 1 cup.
Heat 2tbsp of olive oil mixture over medium heat and add the 1 cup of diced French bread to make the croutons. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp dry mustard, 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon with the remaining olive oil mixture.
Toss the dressing with the romaine lettuce and top with more freshly grated parmesan and the croutons.
Serve with your choice of protein or on it’s own! Enjoy!
